Ronald Reagan was the 40th President of the United States. He served in office from 1981-1989. His Vice President was George H. W. Bush. Prior to his presidency he was a radio and film star. He was also the Governor of California for eight years. He was born in Illinois but resided in Bel-Air, California until his death in 2004.

During the Reagan Administration, senior administration officials secretly facilitated the sale of arms to Iran. Oliver North is a former United States Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel. He was among the many who were indicted during the scandal. He was tried in 1988. He received a three-year suspended prison term, two year probation, $150,000 in fines, and 1,200 hours of community service.
George H. W. Bush was the 41st President of the United States. He served in office from 1989-1993. Prior to his Presidency he was the Ambassador to the United Nations and was appointed Chairman of the Republican National Committee. He had six children, one of which served as the 43rd President.
Jesse Jackson was an American civil rights activist and baptist minister. He was a candidate for the Democratic Presidential nomination from 1984-1988. He graduated from NC A&T. He is known for commanding public attention since he first starting working for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. He participated in countless civil rights activities such as the Selma to Montgomery marches. He lost in the political race but is known as a very important African American figure.
